On Sept. 11 & 12, 2009 I am participating in Gallery North’s 44th annual Outdoor Art show.

This past spring I was one of 300 artists selected throughout New York state to participate in the New York Foundation for the Art’s MARK Program.

This six month program is a unique opportunity for artists to meet with museum curators, gallery directors and art counselors who offer advice on how to best present your artwork in todays art market.

This is a great program and I highly recommend it to my fellow artists.

I recently started working with a television production company and together we’re co-creating an art related show called:
“This Thing Called Art”.

The show, which is designed to air on the HDTV channels, features me doing painting demos and interviewing people involved in the art industry.

So far we have shot four episodes and will soon be marketing them. Stay tuned!
